When Brigitte and Matt requested a casual engagement session at home, I couldn’t have been happier to oblige. More and more of my work is going to lifestyle, candid portraiture. Nothing too posed or contrived, just real, simple photographs of clients being themselves. Despite the grey weather, we found beautiful soft light in their home, and got fun shots in the backyard, and nearby Sunset Park. They even brought along their bikes (one was electric!), and let me take it for a spin at the end of the shoot. Can’t wait to capture this sweet couple’s wedding day in a few short months!
