My Cascade Mountain sessions are a wonderful mini adventure just 1-hour outside the city of Seattle, where you can get lifestyle family portraits against the forest and mountain range that makes Washington so beautiful. Just a 5 minute walk up the trail from the parking lot is this gorgeous setting, where we’ll play, snuggle and explore, keeping your shoot light and fun. Nothing forced or awkward! I’ll prompt you through the 30 minute session, so you know what to do, and encourage you to connect with your kiddos. The sillier and snugglier, the better!

As a Seattle family photographer, I’m always looking for new locations for photo shoots that clients will love, and this one takes the cake! It’s a favorite of many families for sure.

My Cascade Mountain Session package includes a thirty minute shoot, all the digitals (at least 75!) in my standard full-color edit, with some black and white extras for fun. After photographing littles for over 20 years, I’ve learned to shoot efficiently so we get the following shots in a half hour: family (2-3 backdrops), a portrait of each child, siblings together, children with each parent (mom/dad), and lots of candids.

A style guide is included in all my sessions, with tips on what to wear, how to style hair, what to bring, and ideal color palettes for Summer photo shoot settings. I even include color theory advice if you’re interested!
