This Mount Vernon nursery is one of my favorite Spring locations to shoot. It offers beautiful greenhouses, rows of flowers, charming outbuildings and walkways. Consider extending your visit and making a day of it! Nearby La Conner and Snow Goose Produce are both wonderful spots for the whole family.

CASCADE MOUNTAIN SESSIONS
JULY & AUGUST
This stunning mountain setting is one of my most popular specials for a reason! Sunset photos here are their own kind of magic, and some of my favorite to take all year. Set against the Cascade mountains, family sessions here include lots of play, candids, and gorgeous Pacific Northwest backgrounds. Must be able to hike 5 minutes up a small trail. This location is best with groups of 5 or fewer.

Summer sunset at the beach can’t be beat. Just north of Seattle, this spot offers golden hour light along our beautiful Puget Sound. Seal sightings are common! Great for family photos, senior sessions, or an engagement shoot. Requires a little walk down a steeper paved path.

ANACORTES BEACH SESSION
AUGUST 23
One of the most magical sunset Summer spots! Join me at this beautiful location near Anacortes. We’ll shoot the stunning cliff overlooking Puget Sound, and finish down on the beach (you may even see some otters!). About 90 minutes from Seattle, I highly recommend packing a picnic and enjoying beach time before or after your shoot. This location does require walking up and down a large hill.
