What a beautiful night for a shoot! If you can make sunset work, it really is the prettiest time of day for photos. As a mom to littles, I know sometimes that means pushing bedtime but I find kids do great! We’re playing in a new location, so they’re engaged and have fun exploring. I also shoot by using lots of playful games and interactions, so they stay interested. I work fast – we can be done in a half hour if you like! The Seattle Arboretum is always a classic location for family photos. This time of year the azaleas and other flowers are in all their glory! I always love incorporating the stone bridge too. At every family session I’ll get you multiple backgrounds, shots of the family, child with each parent, individuals of child, and sibling photos if applicable. Bring the pooch too! Happy to work with dogs.
