Fantastic couple, stunning bride, gorgeous wedding! Maureen and Dave were married at the Villa Academy Chapel in Laurelhurst. Yours truly was hitched there 6 years back, so I get all sentimental and mushy when I get to shoot there. Such a beautiful space. The reception was held at the classic Rainier Club in Downtown Seattle. We had fun with the photography at both venues, getting shots of the wedding party and family. The Michael Benson Band rocked the reception, and guests killed it on the dance floor. Because the party room has the most incredible fireplace you’ve ever seen (no joke, you could fit the wedding party in there), s’more makings were set out and guests got to roast marshmallows. With such wonderful clients, their families, and beautiful settings, wedding photography practically takes itself. So lucky to be their photographer.
